Dartmouth, MA – Boy Scout Timothy Smith recently interviewed Sheriff Thomas Hodgson as a partial requirement to earn his Life Rank. Tim had to interview an elected official and ask him about his Constitutional rights. The Sheriff met with Tim and his mother, Amy Sylvia-Smith.

Timothy Smith is a member of Troop 170 in Dartmouth, part of the Cachalot District of Narragansett Council, Boy Scouts of America.
